Exotic trees and palms line the driveway interspersed by tropical flower beds and fruit trees. Brightly coloured heliconia and hibiscus grow in the shade of shapely Malinche and Jacaranda trees.
The garden supports a wide variety of wildlife, especially birds. A large flock of Orange Chinned Parakeets nest in the giant Balsa tree next to the house and the grove of Beach Almonds fringing the bay is a favourite hang-out for Scarlet Macaws.

Just what we needed - a peaceful break from modern life. Casa Kumbaya is such a lovely place to get away from it all. We will be back for another dose of tranquillity !

Chuck and Crystal, Boulder, Col. USA

Never a dull moment! our first trip to the Osa and Casa Kumbaya left us in a state of wonder. The house was perfect for us , right on the beach and also close enough to the town to pop in and get supplies. The wildlife was spectacular and we feel so lucky to have visited this special place.
